Join the Program
Create or sign in to your TheVowHair account and add your bridal profile. Instagram is required; TikTok, studio name and website are optional.
We Select Bridal Content
We may select bridal photos or videos from your linked social profiles and send you an approval request for the exact content we would like to feature.
Approve & Earn Content Credit
Review the selected content and permission terms. Once you approve, the corresponding US$5 photo Credit or US$10 video Credit is automatically added to your account.
Share Your Referral Code
Your personal referral code appears in My Account. Share it with brides, clients, stylists or anyone making their first qualifying TheVowHair purchase.

Joining the Program
The TheVowHair Stylist Credit Program is free to join. Eligible members may earn TheVowHair Credit through approved bridal content and qualifying referrals. TheVowHair may review, suspend or discontinue participation in the Program where necessary.
Content Credit
TheVowHair may invite members to approve selected bridal photos or videos for marketing use. Credit is issued only after the member actively approves the selected content.
Approved bridal photos currently earn US$5 TheVowHair Credit each. Approved bridal videos currently earn US$10 TheVowHair Credit each.
Content Permission
By approving selected content, you grant TheVowHair a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, resize and publish the selected content in connection with TheVowHair marketing, including our website, email marketing, organic social media, paid social media advertising and other digital advertising. You retain ownership of the original content.
Referral Credit
Each active Program member may receive a personal referral code. A qualifying new customer receives US$20 off their first eligible TheVowHair order when using a valid referral code. After that qualifying order is successfully paid, the referring member receives US$20 TheVowHair Credit.
New Customer Eligibility
Referral codes are intended for eligible new customers making their first qualifying TheVowHair purchase. Existing customers or customers with prior qualifying order history may not be eligible to use a referral code.
Self-Referral
Members may not use their own referral code or refer themselves through another account or email address.
Cancellations & Full Refunds
If a qualifying referred order is cancelled or fully refunded after Referral Credit has been issued, the related Referral Credit may be reversed. If a member used TheVowHair Credit on an order that is later cancelled or fully refunded, the eligible Credit used on that order will be returned to the member’s account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds do not automatically reverse or return TheVowHair Credit. Any Credit adjustment related to a partial refund will be reviewed manually based on the circumstances of the order.
Using TheVowHair Credit
Available Credit is stored in the member’s TheVowHair account and may be applied to eligible future TheVowHair orders. Credit is deducted only after an order is successfully paid.
No Cash Value
TheVowHair Credit is promotional account credit. It cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Program Changes
TheVowHair may update Program benefits, Credit amounts, eligibility requirements or Program terms from time to time. Updated terms will apply prospectively from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.
