TheVowHair offers human-hair clip-in extensions designed for bridal styling. Product descriptions, specifications, weights and lengths are provided in good faith and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Because human hair is a natural material, minor variations in texture, tone and appearance may occur. Colours may also appear different depending on photography, lighting and screen settings.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately and to keep product information current. Where a material error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you to clarify the order or offer an appropriate solution.

An order is submitted when you complete checkout and payment through the payment options made available on the website. You should receive an electronic confirmation after the order has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, or an inability to fulfil the order as described. If we cancel a paid order, any amount due back to you will be returned through the original payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that the name, email address, delivery address and personalization information you submit are accurate. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Most TheVowHair orders are prepared individually after payment. Our usual order-preparation timeframe is approximately 7–10 working days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or communicated to you before purchase.

Preparation time refers to the period required to prepare your bridal hair extensions, complete any selected packaging personalization and perform final checks before shipment. It is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Orders are normally dispatched by FedEx Express. After dispatch, transit typically takes approximately 3–5 working days, depending on destination. As a general guide, the normal overall timeframe is therefore approximately 10–15 working days from payment to delivery.

Delivery and transit times are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, carrier operations, severe weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information is normally provided once an order has been dispatched. The risk of loss will pass in accordance with applicable consumer law and the shipping arrangement for your order.

Shipping and applicable import duties/taxes for the destinations currently served by TheVowHair checkout are included in the order total, unless the website clearly states otherwise before you complete payment.

Where personalization is offered, you are responsible for checking the spelling, dates, studio name, logo information or other content submitted with your order.

Once work on personalized packaging has begun, changes or cancellation may not always be possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if you contact us quickly, but we cannot guarantee that a requested change can be made after preparation has started.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy displayed on this website. Eligibility may depend on the condition of the hair, hygiene protection, packaging, personalization and the reason for return.

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if you believe an item is incorrect, damaged or defective. We may request photographs, video or other reasonable information so that we can assess the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Human-hair extensions require appropriate handling and care. Heat styling, colouring, toning, chemical treatment, unsuitable products or incorrect maintenance can change the condition, colour or lifespan of the hair.

Any guidance provided on this website is general care information and does not replace the professional judgement of your hairstylist. You are responsible for deciding whether a particular styling or chemical process is suitable for your extensions.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, payment systems, security features or other users' access.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including TheVowHair branding, text, graphics, layouts and original imagery is owned by or licensed to TheVowHair and may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Payment providers, delivery carriers and other service providers may process information where necessary to complete your transaction and fulfil your order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to applicable law, TheVowHair is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, although we make reasonable efforts to maintain its availability and accuracy.

These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable law. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule that applies to you, the mandatory rule will take priority to the extent required.
